😀 - Toller Service,grosse Zimmer, reichliche Auswahl beim Fürhstück und Abendessen. Beim Abendessen Auswahl beim Hauptgang zwischen drei Gerichten - eins vegetarisch. 😞 - Rezeptionsmitarbeiter brauchen eine Schulung: Hotel wurde am 06.03.26 über Booking bezahlt und wurde uns nochmal in Rechnung gestellt; ausserdem hatten wir Lunchpakete bestellt, da wir am letzten Tag früher fahren wollten. Dank einer aufmerksamen Service- mitarbeiterin wurde der angerechnete Betrag dafür gestrichen.

Great stay with amazing views! 😀 - The hotel was spotless clean with spacious room with plenty of storage, huge bed and amazing view from the balcony and windows (including bathroom window!). The staff were professional and also very friendly both at reception, housekeeping, bar staff and restaurant waiters. The food was great and portion sizes were perfect! For dinner, there was always salad buffet as appetiser, then soup of the day, followed by a main (3 choices daily) and dessert. Breakfast buffet was great quality and quantity and never ran out of anything. Bathrobes and slippers with the pool bag were nice touch and came handy for the swimming pool evening and taking to Aqua Dome! (We went in March and got 10% discount at Aqua Dome as booked via hotel reception) 😞 - Temperature in the room was bit hard to control, we found it a bit too warm to sleep on couple of nights and maybe could use some new towels as some felt very thin and aging, bathrobes were great though!

Good home base to explore Otztal 😀 - The hotel offers great service and really takes care of the guests. The location is great, close to the main lifts in the area and also Aquadom.Hotel is also very close to a hiking trail Good breakfast and dinner options, good spa area for adults. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.. Stunning mounting view, 😞 - Our room was at the end of a corridor on the first floor and located above the kitchen storage facility which I think has a big refrigerator as I could hear it working, and that was not great, but manageable. Wifi in our room was fleeting to the point that we were using our mobile hotspots. All in all, if you are not a light sleeper and you don't need the Internet for videocalls or streaming, this hotel is a great place to stay.

Perfekte Auszeit bei bestem Personal 😀 - Wir kamen später an als der Check In und wurden trotzdem sooo herzlich empfangen, wie noch nie zuvor. Das Abendessen war hervorragend und auch das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und eine riesige Auswahl. Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber. 😞 - Nichts 🙂

Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit Anbindung an 4 Sterne Hotel. 😀 - Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Kafeeautomat. Saunalandschaft im 4 Sterne Hotel. Skibus nach Soelden baucht ca. 25 min. Balkon mit Bergblick. Ruhig. 😞 - Das dritte Bett war ein ausziehbares Sofa. Dieses war nicht sehr bequem. Relativ kleine Wohnung.

😀 - L'hôtel est un bon compromis pour ne pas être en station et profiter du calme. La formule demi pension est idéale. Les repas sont bons et le petit déjeuner varié. La salle à manger est calme et feutrée. Les chambres sont de belles tailles. 😞 - Le canapé lit est inconfortable pour la 3eme personne. Odeur de fumée froide de cigarette dans la chambre

Kurzes Skiwochenende 😀 - Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal, Schwimmbad und Sauna sowie Skikeller vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und es gab reichlich Auswahl. 😞 - Nichts

😀 - The accommodations are very nice and clean. The wellness area is well-equipped. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is plentiful, and the dinner was outstanding. The Sölden region is just a 20- to 25-minute ride away by ski bus. I would go back anytime—it was a wonderful experience. 😞 - -

😀 - Camera este mare, confortabila si curata. Mancarea a fost foarte buna, atat micul dejun cat si cina, noi am avut demipensiune.

😀 - Schönes Hotel. Preisleistung stimmt. Skibus um die Ecke nach Sölden. 😞 - Der Fußboden im Zimmer müsste mal erneuert werden.

Heerlijke overnachtingsplaats (ruim appartement) voor de wintersport met super fijne verzorging 😀 - Mooi ruim appartement, heerlijke en goed verzorgde maaltijden, fijne sauna, zwembad n spa. Skibus stopt dichtbij. Vriendelijk personeel.

Rodzinny wypad na narty do Sölden 😀 - Wszystko było super! Apartment jest położony dosłownie 100-150m od hotelu, ma swoje miejsce parkingowe. Aperttament jest duży i dobrze wyposażony w meble, sprzęt AGD oraz naczynia, czysty i ciepły. Komfortowe łóżka. Bardzo duży balkon i super widokiem na góry! Na balkonie są meble i leżaki, myślę że w sezonie letnim to jest fajne miejsce na relaks. W apartamentowcu jest przechowywalnia na narty na kod, w środku są grzałki na buty. Do Sölden 15 min samochodem i 30 min do Gurgl. Przystanek autobusowy oraz skibusa 30m od apartamentowca. W piwnicy budynku jest pokój dla dzieci do zabaw oraz stół do pin ponga. W piwnicy jest pralnia. Gości apartamentu mogą korzystać z infrastruktury Hotelu za darmo, czyli basen, sauny i tp. Śniadania w hotelu są bardzo pyszne i jest dobry wybór. W restauracji można wykupić kolację w formie bufetu, albo zamawiać a'la Carte w późniejszych godzinach po bufetowej kolacji. Serwują dobrą tyrolską kuchnie oraz mają dobre wina. Polecamy! 😞 - Przydał by się piekarnik w apartamencie, żeby na szybko można było zrobić/podgrzać pizzę:)
