Check-in and check-out
On the day of arrival, check-in starts at 3 PM.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 AM.

Vacation apartment prices
The stay for each additional person from 0–3 years is free.
For each additional person from 4–14 years we charge €25 per person.
For each additional person aged 15 years or older we charge €35 per person.
Excl. local tax of €3.50 per person per day for 14 years and older
If you wish, you can book breakfast at the hotel:
Children up to 14 years €14.50 | Adults €19.00
You can also add a dinner to your reservation at Hotel Bergwelt:
Children up to 14 years €18.50 | Adults €28.50
The cost of the final cleaning per apartment and stay is €60.00.Additional cleaning costs €50.00.

Cancellation terms
Up to 14 days before the day of arrival the cancellation is free of charge.From 14 days before arrival, we charge 90% of the total price. Our tip: Travel and cancellation insurance is the perfect protection, just in case you cannot start your vacation for unforeseeable reasons.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel and in all apartments.
Pets
By prior arrangement, you are also welcome to take your dogs with you on vacation. We ask for your understanding that we charge € 15.00 per day and dog (without food) due to the increased cleaning effort.
